BUITONI BRANDING/PACKAGING

An international brand that began in Italy in 1827, Buitoni offers an extensive line of fresh refrigerated pastas and sauces.

We designed a packaging system for Buitoni that utilized an arched window to focus attention on the product while creating a maximum amount of green for overall shelf impact. Several different olive oil bottles with ingredients were used to differentiate pasta types, and as a way to promote the healthy Mediterranean lifestyle. Our mood boards were shared with other agency partners as a basis for the launch of an advertising campaign centered around “The Best of Italy”.

Since our initial design, we’ve updated the brand as well as creating a more premium line extension, Buitoni Reserva. We’ve also done packing projects for Lean Cuisine, and Stouffer’s.
